Freelancer Hub: Help & Support Center
Welcome to the Freelancer Hub Help Center. This page is your primary resource for understanding how our platform works and how we can assist you. Freelancer Hub operates on a direct connection model: we introduce talented freelancers to serious clients, and then you manage your relationship directly. Our support is here to facilitate those introductions and help maintain the platform's quality.

2. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
For Everyone:
Q: How does Freelancer Hub work?
A: We are a curated directory, not a managed platform. We manually vet and list freelancer profiles on our site. Clients browse these profiles and use the contact information (e.g., WhatsApp, email) listed on the profile to connect with the freelancer directly. All negotiations, deals, and payments are handled directly between the client and the freelancer.
Q: Do I need to create an account?
A: No. Freelancer Hub does not have a user registration or login system. Clients can browse profiles freely. Freelancers are added to the directory manually by our team after a verification process.
For Freelancers:
Q: How can I get my profile listed on Freelancer Hub?
A: To join, you must be vetted by our team. Please contact us via WhatsApp and express your interest. We will guide you through our simple verification process, which involves submitting your portfolio and details for review.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: You will negotiate payment terms and methods directly with your clients. Freelancer Hub is not involved in any financial transactions. We recommend using secure and traceable payment methods.
Q: A client I found through your site is causing an issue (non-payment, harassment, etc.). What can I do?
A: While we are not a party to your agreement, we care about our community's safety. Please contact us immediately and provide details. We can blacklist the client from our platform and, in serious cases, advise you on further action.
For Clients:
Q: How do I hire a freelancer?
A: Simply browse the profiles on our website. Each profile contains the freelancer's direct contact information. Reach out to them yourself to discuss your project and agree on terms.
Q: How do I pay the freelancer?
A: You will pay the freelancer directly using a method you both agree on (e.g., bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.). Freelancer Hub does not process or intermediate payments.
Q: I hired a freelancer from your site, but I am unhappy with their work/service. What is your role?
A: As the agreement is directly between you and the freelancer, your first step should be to communicate your concerns to them to find a resolution. If the issue is serious and reflects on the freelancer's professionalism (e.g., scams, fraud), please contact us. We will investigate and potentially remove the freelancer from our directory to protect other clients.
3. Our Role: What We Do & Don't Do
What We DO:
Vet Freelancers: We manually review every freelancer's skills, portfolio, and background before listing them.
Maintain the Directory: We ensure the platform is functional and profiles are accurately displayed.
Mediate Serious Issues: We will step in to investigate reports of fraud, scams, or harassment to keep our community safe.
Provide Support: We answer your questions about how to use the directory.
What We DO NOT Do:
Create User Accounts: There is no sign-up or login system.
Handle Payments: We never involved in any financial transaction between you and a freelancer/client.
Manage Projects: We do not provide project workspaces, milestone tools, or contract management.
Formal Dispute Resolution: We are not arbitrators for quality or payment disputes arising from your direct deals. Our intervention is limited to platform access issues.
4. Safety Tips for Direct Deals
To ensure a successful experience, we strongly recommend you:
Define Scope Clearly: Agree on project details, deadlines, and deliverables in writing before starting.
Set Payment Terms: Use milestones for large projects. For example, agree to pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
Use Secure Payments: Opt for methods that offer some protection or traceability.
Keep Records: Save all communication and transaction receipts.
5. Providing Feedback
